- Transactions on the company website/app can only be made in Indian Rupees
- All the transactions in user account are recorded in individual user account, once a user registers with us. All the payments required for participation in cash games at should be made through this account. The cash prizes users win(s) will be credited to this account only.
- Payments through credit cards, debit cards, and internet banking will be processed through third party payment gateways. The company will not be responsible for any delays or denials in payment processing.
- The company reserve the right to cancel a transaction at its discretion wherein if the payment was successful, then the transaction might be reversed and money would be credited back to your financial instrument.
- A user is advised to preferably always use his/her own financial instrument to make payment to such a registered user account with the company. A user is free to deposit as much money as he/she can into such a registered user account with the company subject to any specified cash limit by the company or statutory authorities.
- The funds of players are held in trusts by the company and it will be remitted to the players in due course, subject to terms for withdrawal of funds. Funds from user accounts are maintained separately from company funds. Even in critical situations like insolvency, player funds will be given preference over other claims.
WITHDRAWING MONEY FROM THE USER ACCOUNT
At present users can withdraw their winnings through electronic bank to bank transfer only.
The withdrawals players make are governed by the following conditions:
- Users are free to withdraw money from your their user accounts anytime, subject to a bonus, prize money withdrawal restrictions, by giving the company a notice of such withdrawal request.
- Users are requested to be very careful while giving their account details. For the convenience of users there is 2 step processes to enter the details. The company disclaims any responsibility for the users giving wrong account details. In such cases where the account number is wrongly entered by the users, individual users are complete responsibility for such an occurrence.
- The minimum amount you can withdraw in a transaction is Rs. 500 and the maximum amount you can withdraw is Rs. 50000. Money should be deposited with the company only with the intent of playing. Users are not allowed to use the company registered user account as the place to park their unused funds. Money laundering is strictly prohibited through any of the company specified websites or apps. Attempting to withdraw cash added through credit cards is considered as money laundering and it must be avoided.
- In order to prevent money laundering, we have imposed certain restrictions on withdrawals. A user must have used his/her deposit to generate loyalty points at a ratio 10:1, in order to withdraw the deposited amount. Eg: For example, if the player has deposited Rs. 5000 then he should use the funds to generate at-least 500 loyalty points in order to be eligible for withdrawing the amount he has deposited else bank transaction charges will be applicable.
- Withdrawals would be processed only when KYC is completed of the said user.
- In order to win a prize, a user must be a resident of India and should be accessing our services on our website/app only from India except from the states of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
- If a player was the prize winner resident in India and was physically present in India while he was accessing our services but not an Indian citizen, we will remit his winnings in Indian Rupees to the address given by him, provided, the address is within India.
- Withdrawal of any winnings might require correct PAN details and PAN Numbers might be verified from time to time and prize money may be cancelled if inconsistencies are found while verifications.
- The company always ensures its best efforts while processing player withdrawal of funds requests in a timely manner, but there might be delays because of the time that is required for verification and completing the withdrawal. The company is not liable to pay any form of compensation for the reason of delays in remitting payments to players from their user accounts.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
- The refund policy shall be applicable only on the cash spent by the user for obtaining the corresponding coins/chips and in no event shall exceed the actual amount of cash spent by the user towards obtaining such coins/ships.
- The company DO NOT offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on its website keeping in mind the business line, goods and services offered.

- The company shall not in any way be liable for any network disconnection on a user computer, mobile or device caused by any fault or error at user end and shall not compensate the user for any losses arising from such disconnection.
- In case of any disruption of service at the company’s end while a game is in progress, the company shall cancel the game and refund user points/cash regardless of the status of the game.
- If there is a disconnection or disruption for a short time in the middle of a game, the user shall remain virtually seated at the user selected table and can resume playing once the connection is restored, unless such a user have been eliminated from such a game.
- Transactions to transfer money to a registered company user cash account have to be made through third-party payment gateways.
- The company is not responsible for the denial or rejection of any transactions as they are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party payment gateways.
- The company may reverse any transactions, and the specific amount will in such a case be refunded to the financial instrument/platform that was used by you to perform the transaction within the time frame specified by such third party payment gateways and the user’s receiving account entity which may vary from a minimum 7 to maximum 10 working days.
The company has the right to check or validate the personal information of the user from time to time. The process of validation can be done through a phone call or via email. If the company are not able to get in touch with a said user at first, several attempts (capped at 5 attempts) will be made to establish contact with such a user. In the event that the validation is unsuccessful, or the company is unable to contact the said user after making all possible attempts, the company reserves the right to suspend such user account and refund the amount lying in such user account to the financial instrument/platform that user used to make the payment online.
Any contests, offers, bonuses, tournaments and games in the Promotion Section on the company may get cancelled or discontinued at any moment without any prior notice. The company disclaims any liability, except the refund of the any fee charged for entering such a contest.
CANCELLATION DUE TO INADEQUATE USERS
Whenever there are inadequate users a tournament is cancelled, and all remaining users will be refunded their entry fee to their respective user accounts.
In cases of accidental or erroneous cash credits to any party, user or entity, the company can independently or on user request initiate such an amount accidently or erroneously made to be refunded within a time period of 10 days of initiating such a transaction. The company will process the refund if it is a genuine case of accidental or erroneous cash credit, which is clear from your request or after our own independent investigation. The refund amount will be credited within two weeks to the financial instrument/platform that was used to make the corresponding transaction.
A user may cease to use the company’s gaming services and terminate his/her account by emailing us at email@example.com with a clear explanation of an user’s intention. After evaluating and authenticating such a request and at the company’s discretion, a refund shall be processed to the said user for the entire cash amount available in this user’s account within a period of 10 working days from the validation of such request while terminating such a user account.
Please note, that any account actions a user undertakes after emailing a termination including, but not limited to, playing cash games, tournaments, depositing and withdrawing money, will be deemed as actions taken solely by the user and the company shall not be responsible for any subsequent user actions.
